Product Introduction

This product is a heat insulation function for PET film substrate coating fluid, with strong weather resistance, high definition, optical indicators excellent characteristics.

Product Features

Good transparency, infrared barrier rate of more than 99% , heat insulation effect is significant;
High definition, fog less than 0.5%;
Strong weather resistance, QUV5000h and high temperature and humidity without fading, no decay;

Usage method

According to the requirement parameters, different optical parameters can be achieved by changing the thickness of the coating. It is necessary to choose high-definition Pu or PMMA pre-coated base film.
Step 1: keep the surface clean, to be painted;
Step 2: coating equipment coating;
Step 3: the coating is cured. The coating was cured by heating at 130℃ for 1~3 minutes.
