Choose the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping,rubbing, spraying and so on for painting. It is recommended to try painting in a small area before application.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate coating process coating;
Step 2: Stand Still. After coating, leave at room temperature for 3 minutes to fully level;
Step 3: Dry. Into the oven,Heat at 50~60℃ for 3minutes,make the solvent fully volatile;
Step 4: Cure. 3000W UV lamp (10~20cm,wavelength 365nm) light for 8 to 10 seconds,the coating is cured.
