TNS-EA is a uniform and stable nano-dispersion liquid, utilizing high-performance titanium nitride (TiN) as the functional material and manufactured through advanced nano-preparation and dispersion technologies. It features unique infrared absorption and barrier properties, primarily applied in high-performance architectural window films and automotive heat insulation films. Functional films produced with this core material deliver exceptional thermal insulation while maintaining outstanding stability and optical clarity, making them an ideal choice for next-generation smart heat insulation materials.

Product Features

1. Excellent Infrared Blocking Performance: It effectively blocks most infrared radiation in sunlight, significantly reducing the temperature inside vehicles or buildings, thereby achieving energy-saving and cooling effects.
2. Outstanding Stability: The product offers long-lasting and stable performance. Even under prolonged sun exposure and harsh environmental conditions, it resists performance degradation.

4. Fade Resistance: The inherent properties of titanium nitride, an inorganic material, make it immune to UV damage. Films made with this material maintain their original color over long-term use and will not yellow or fade like organic dyes.

Usage method

Depending on the specific formulation, TNS-EA can be mixed at a certain ratio with diluent, adhesive, or additives, and then processed into heat insulation films using conventional coating techniques like micro-gravure coating or slot-die coating. For example, using a weight ratio of TNS-EA : Diluent : Adhesive (40% solid content) = 0.25:4:4, with a dry film thickness of 6-7μm, the resulting film will exhibit the following optical properties: Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) 52%, Infrared Rejection Rate (IRR) 44%, and Ultraviolet Rejection Rate (UVR) 45%.

Uses

It is specifically designed for the manufacturing of high-performance heat insulation solar films.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 20kg/barrel.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight exposure and keep away from heat sources.
