Product Introduction
This product is an antibacterial coating designed for wood substrate. The organic antibacterial agent is used as the antibacterial component, which has the characteristics of quick anti-bacterial effect. The coating can quickly form a dense antibacterial protective film on the surface of the substrate, improve the antibacterial, anti-mildew, anti-virus properties, can effectively protect and reduce the spread of diseases. The coating has good transparency and anti-bacteria and anti-virus functions are realized on the basis of retaining the original color and style of the substrate.

Usage method
Choose the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping, rubbing, spraying and so on for painting. It is recommended to try painting in a small area before application.
Step 1: Primer coating. Clean and dust the polished substrate, select the appropriate process coating primer, after coating static for 3 minutes;
Step 2: Heat Cure the primer. Heat at 100℃ for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Follow steps 1 and 2 to do a second primer coating;
Step 4: Top Coat. Sanding, dust removal, select the appropriate process coating;
Step 5: finish varnish light curing. 3000W UV lamp (10~20cm, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 8~10 seconds, the coating cured.

Used for anti-bacterial and anti-virus treatment of wood surface.
Packaging and Storage
Packing: 20 litres/barrel.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
