According to the shape, size and surface condition of the substrate, select the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping, rubbing, spraying and so on.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate coating process coating;
Step 2: Stand Still. After coating, leave at room temperature for 3 minutes to fully level;
Step 3: Dry. Into the oven, Heat at 50~60℃ for 3 minutes, so that the solvent fully volatile;
Step 4: Cure. 3000W UV lamp (10~20 cm, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 8~10 seconds, the coating cured.
