Usage method
Step 1: keep the plastic surface clean, to be coated;
Step 2: coating equipment coating;
Step 3: Preheat and dry. Into the oven, 60~80℃ heating 20~30 seconds, so that the solvent completely volatile;
Step 4: the coating is cured. 3000W UV lamp (10~20cm, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 8~10 seconds, the coating cured. Note: according to the specific plastic type, process parameters may be slightly different, please confirm with our relevant personnel.
