Product Introduction
This product is used for PC and PMMA plate of a long-term transparent anti-static paint, using light-curing process, suitable for large-scale industrial coating.
Product Features
Resistance 106-8Ω, resistance stable, not affected by humidity, temperature;
Long aging, good weather resistance, service life of 5~8 years;
The adhesive force can reach 0 grade (hundred grid method) , the coating does not fall off;
Good temperature resistance, at high temperature (300℃) , the performance remains stable;
Paint using environmentally friendly solvents, environment-friendly, small smell;
Applicable to a variety of coating technology and a wider range of coating environment.
Usage method
Choose the appropriate methods of spraying, dipping, rubbing, spraying and so on. It is suggested that the first small area of test coating before construction. Take drenching as an example:
Step 1: coating. After the substrate surface is cleaned, the suitable coating process is chosen and the humidity is controlled at about 50℃ (below 52℃)；
Step 2: Stand Still. After coating, leave at room temperature for 3 minutes to fully level;
Step 3: Dry. Into the oven, 60 degrees C heating for 3 minutes, so that the solvent fully volatile;
Step 4: Cure. 3000W UV lamp (10~20cm, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 10 seconds, the coating cured.
Uses
For the manufacture of PC, PMMA transparent anti-static sheet and film, such as the production of various electronic components, electronic products packaging materials;
Used for anti-static treatment on the surface of electronic workshop partition, Operation Table and equipment cover.
Packaging and Storage
Packing: 20 litres/barrel.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
