Product Introduction

This product is a kind of anti-scraping negative ion coating solution for PET plastic film. It uses nanometer natural tourmaline as its functional ingredient. The amount of negative ions released is large, which can promote the increase of blood oxygen content and improve the immunity of the human body, adjust the balance of body function.

Usage method

Choose the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping, rubbing, spraying and so on for painting. It is recommended to try painting in a small area before application.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate coating process coating;
Step 2: Stand Still. After coating, leave at room temperature for 3 minutes to fully level;
Step 3: Dry. Into the oven, Heat at 110℃ for 1 minute, so that the solvent fully volatile;
Step 4: Cure. 3000W UV lamp (10~20cm apart, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 8~10 seconds, the coating cured.
