Product Introduction
This product is a polyester film (BOPET) manufactured using eco-friendly flame-retardant masterbatch through a biaxial stretching process. It is inherently flame-retardant due to additive integration into the raw material, rather than relying on coating. The film demonstrates excellent flame
retardancy, achieving up to a UL94 VTM-0 rating. The standard product is a colorless and transparent film, while customized colored flame-retardant films are also available based on customer requirements. Thickness and width can be flexibly customized.

Usage method
1.Pre-Processing Recommendation: Before mass production, small-scale trial runs should be conducted based on equipment parameters (such as temperature, speed, and tension) to determine the optimal process conditions.
2.Processing Methods: This product is suitable for common processing techniques such as coating, laminating, printing, slitting, and die-cutting.
3. Precautions: During operation, please pay attention to controlling the tension of the film roll to avoid stretching or deformation caused by excessive tension. Maintain a clean processing environment to prevent dust contamination of the film surface.

Packaging and Storage
1. Packaging Form: Plywood-suspended packaging effectively prevents moisture, impact, and compression damage.
2. Storage Conditions: Should be stored in a cool, dry, and clean indoor environment, avoiding direct sunlight and kept away from heat sources. The recommended ambient temperature is below 35°C with relative humidity under 70%.
3. Shelf Life: When stored under the specified conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
