Product Introduction

This product is an anti-static coating for packaging film, coating surface hardness, good wear resistance, good transparency, resistance stability, not affected by humidity and temperature.

Product Features

Resistance value 10^5-6Ω, resistance value stable, not affected by humidity, temperature;
Long aging, good weather resistance, service life of 2~3 years;
Adhesion up to 0 grade (100 gauge method) , coating does not fall off.

Usage method

Choose the spraying, dip coating, rub coating, spraying construction.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate coating process coating;
Step 2: Dry. Into the oven, heat at 120℃ for 1 minute, so that the solvent fully volatile;
Step 3: Cure. 3000W UV lamp (wavelength 365nm) illumination for 10 seconds, the coating cured.
