Product Introduction
This product is ATO type transparent anti-static coating, which is used for anti-static treatment of electronic packaging industry and plastic chemical fiber, is a long-term anti-static paint.
Product Features
Resistance 105-6Ω, resistance stable, not affected by humidity, temperature;
Long aging, good weather resistance, service life of 5~8 years;
Good transparency, visible light transmittance VLT can reach 70%~85%;
The adhesive force can reach 0 grade (hundred grid method) , the coating does not fall off;
Paint available water-based solvent, environment-friendly, odorless.
Usage method
According to the shape, size and surface condition of the substrate, select the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping, rubbing, spraying and so on.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate process for coating;
Step 2: Cure. Heat in oven at 110℃ for 2~3 minutes and the coating solidifies.
Uses
Used for anti-static treatment on the surface of plastic foamed materials and chemical fiber cloth;
Used on PET, PP, PE, PA and other plastic film surfaces.
Packaging and Storage
Packing: 20 litres/barrel.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
