Choose the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping, rubbing, spraying and so on for painting. It is recommended to try painting in a small area before application. Below is a brief description of the application procedure:
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate coating process coating;
Step 2: Stand Still. After coating, leave at room temperature for 3 minutes to fully level;
Step 3: Dry. Into the oven, 110℃ heating 1~2 minutes, so that the solvent fully volatile;
Step 4: Cure. 3000W UV lamp (10~20cm, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 10s, the coating cured.
