Product Introduction
T420-P20-EA is an inorganic-organic hybrid blue-light absorbing agent. It exhibits excellent absorption and blocking properties against ultraviolet and blue-light in the 200 nm to 420 nm wavelength range, while allowing most visible light to transmit through. It offers high clarity, no fluorescence, and no risk of migration.

Usage method
Add at 5~10% by weight, mix thoroughly with other material systems, and proceed with the original production process.
Example formulation：T420-P20-EA : Diluent：Adhesive (40% solid content) = 0.5：4：4 (by weight). Mix uniformly, coat to a dry film thickness of 8–10 μm. Blocking efficiency against 200~420 nm light reaches over 99%.
Uses
1、Used for processing and producing blue-light blocking plastic masterbatches, sheets, or film products;
2、Used in coating production of blue-light blocking screen protection film;
3、Used for producing 100% UV blocking composite layers in window films;
4、Used in manufacturing blue-light blocking coatings, or other applications.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 20 L/drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water and moisture in the air. Storage temperature: 15–35℃.
