Product Introduction

This product is specially used for anti-static coating of glass fiber to prevent the surface electrostatic accumulation. The coating is a viscous liquid, black and opaque, the surface matte degree can be adjusted according to the requirements.

Product Features

Resistance value 105-7Ω, resistance value stable, not affected by humidity, temperature;
Long aging, good weather resistance, service life of 5~8 years;
Matte, 2~90% , adjusted as needed;
The adhesive force can reach 0 grade (hundred grid method) , the coating does not fall off;
The coating adopts alcohol solvent and is environment-friendly.

Usage method

Choose the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping, rubbing, spraying and so on for painting. It is recommended to try painting in a small area before application.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate process for coating;
Step 2: Cure. In the oven, 80~120℃ heating 5~30 minutes, coating curing.

Uses

Used for anti-static treatment of the surface of glass fiber composite materials.

Packaging and Storage

Packing: 20 litres/barrel.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
