Product Introduction
This product is a composite of organic and inorganic raw materials as the main component, with UV-curing resin made of anti-static paint, can meet the ESD system of anti-static packaging film needs, used to shield electromagnetic waves and eliminate electrostatic effect.

Surface Resistance 108-9Ω, resistance value is stable, not affected by humidity, temperature;
Long aging, good weather resistance, service life of 8~10 years;
The adhesive force can reach 0 grade (hundred grid method) , the coating does not fall off;
Good temperature resistance, at high temperature (300℃) , still stable heat;
The light curing process is suitable for industrial scale production.
Usage method
Select spraying, rubbing, spraying and other appropriate methods for the construction, before the construction of the proposed small area test.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate process for coating.
Step 2: Heat and Bake. 50~60℃ for 3 minutes, volatile solvent.
Step 3: UV curing. 3000W, 365nm UV curing for 8~10 seconds, the coating is cured.
Uses
For antistatic functional treatment of plastic film substrates such as semiconductor packaging films.
Packaging and Storage
Packing: 20 litres/barrel.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
