Product Introduction
This product is a thin film uv-curable flame retardant coating, the coating is colorless transparent liquid, non-toxic, tasteless, green, can effectively protect the substrate for flame retardant, so that the substrate and heat source isolation, to prevent the substrate from being ignited by the flame. At the same time with strong adhesion, good impact resistance, stable performance and other advantages, easy to use, suitable for large-scale industrial coating.

Usage method
Step 1: keep the plastic surface clean, to be coated;
Step 2: coating equipment coating;
Step 3: Preheat and dry. Into the oven, 60~80℃ heating 20~30 seconds, so that the solvent completely volatile;
Step 4: the coating is cured. 3000W UV lamp (10~20cm, wavelength 365nm) illumination for 8~10 seconds, the coating cured.

Uses
Used for PC Sun Board, PMMA board, PET film roll and other plastic surface.
Packaging and Storage
Packing: 20 litres/barrel.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
