Product Introduction

This product is a heat-curable anti-fogging coating for plastic film substrates. It conforms to the GB9685-2016 standard for food contact materials.

Product Features

Excellent hydrophilic and antifogging performance;
Excellent adhesion, resistant to blister, resistant to boiling, coating does not fall off, does not bubble;
Strong weather resistance, life up to 3~5 years.

Usage method

Choose the appropriate process of spraying, dipping, scraping, rubbing, spraying and so on for painting. It is recommended to try painting in a small area before application.
Step 1: coating. Select the appropriate process for coating;
Step 2: Cure.Heat in oven at 80~120℃ for 5 minutes，the coating is cured
